UAPIUSER is the object handle of a session specific to a user logged into the UAPI database.
This object is the user's extended attribute handle.
This object is needed in the following UAPI methods invocation; UAPI.ExGet, UAPI.ExSet, UAPI.ExUpdate, UAPI.FreeEx.
It is allocated by the UAPI.AllocEx( UAPISESSION ) function.
